During class today, we had read from the textbook and picked out vocab, such as cataract and delta, from the pages. We had then tried to find information on some of the history of Ancient Egypt, such as the man that decrypted the Rosetta Stone and what king had united the two kingdoms of Egypt. Some of the answers that we had tried to find in the textbook were not there. For example, one question asked us to name the battlefield where the Egyptians and Hittites fought to a stalemate and both had called it a draw. Another example is when they asked for the pharaoh of Egypt that had proclaimed Ra, the sun god, to be the god to rule all gods. We could not find many of those answers in the book, in fact I think we could only find who united Egypt and who translated the Rosetta Stone in the book.
